This full-time, temp-to-hire Customer Support Representative position will provide a great work-life balance alongside a full benefits package once permanently hired and you get to talk with customers about their Jeeps and trucks on a daily basis.
Customer Support Representative Job Duties:
• Assisting customers via inbound calls, chatrooms, and emails
• Following guided instructions to answer customer product questions regarding installation and operation
• Effectively handling customer challenges and offering solutions
• Delivering refined customer service to contribute to overall brand satisfaction
Customer Support Representative Job Requirements:
• Previous customer service experience required
• Experience with hands-on technical skills or product installation
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with computers and able to learn new systems
• Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Pay: $20/hr
